Yay! finally got the new template to work! pretty much bumbled through the whole process cos besides comp games im pretty computer illiterate. Had to view the source of other blogs.. compare contrast.. figure out why angelfire cant seem to host pics in the template. anyhoo, at least i had some fun doing it. nowadays, my holidays are spent something like that: go out, recharge wallet, recharge wallet, go out, recharge wallet recharge wallet..(repeat a few more times).
oh ya, went for a windsurfing course recently. its a one day course, at the end of which u get a level one windsurfing proficiency cert. "windsurfing proficiency" of course is a bit of a misnomer cos at the end of the lesson u probably still wont be able to surf properly... or maybe its just me. like right now i can't change direction properly. so when im sailing too far out of the bay i just jump into the water and turn the board around. haha... but anyway, the instructor said most ppl need to go back at least 4-5 more times before they can get the hang of it. yup, so now i'm looking for ppl to go windsurfing with cos its a bit sian to go alone. the course costs $50 including 1 yr membership. just form a group of 6 and u can start a class. after u get the "proficiency" cert u can rent equipment from them and practise somemore.

Hrmm.. looks like our blog is slowly decaying and only Penance's valiant attempts to keep it alive are er... keeping it alive. I guess we blog more during school term. seems to be the case with other blogs as well. everyones too busy having fun to blog, but when school starts, blogging suddenly becomes a lot more attractive compared to mugging. Ah well... i'm pretty sick of bumming around, so kinda looking forward to school. oh ya! and orientation too. the final OGL grouping list is out and guess what? apart from me, lardlad, penance, gqy and a guy called louis, the other OGLs are all females. so its like 5 guys 11 gals. If only j-hu, chaos engine and carzy didnt pull out.. orientation would have been a lot more fun. grr i hate being played out. hopefully can click well with this group. they'll have to be pretty tolerant of us. its not easy to work with brain dead bums like us. i'm gonna have to go for the medicamp games dry run tomorrow. none of the other guys can make it. at least now i have something to do tomorrow. ive been spending my past few days doing exciting things like watching the grass grow on the lawn, and looking at paint dry on the wall. whee.. oh ya and im going for a windsurfing course on wed. hopefully i'll spend more on the board than in the water.

Hi everybody i guess i haven't been fufilling my duties to the scum blog recently so here i am to update you on whats been going on in my sordid little life.... As if you would care....
Well anyways i just took my btt the other day the outlook doesn't look too good for me,the examiner kept on looking at my paper shaking her head and going "ane kwan ka po tiao jui, le bui hiao? Te nao" I'm not sure what that means but according to my mum it means"these questions are as elementary as a frog jumping into the water and you don't know? pig brains" well i hoped she wasn't refering to me but when she said see you again after collecting my paper,it didn't exactly get my hopes up...
Of course every holiday is a struggle to rid myself of the blubber that has accumulated ard my waist during the exam period...I'm proud to say that as usual it has been a dismal failure,how apt that i was nicknamed watermelon in kindergarden,no wonder the teacher enjoyed getting me to sing "i'm a little teapot short and stout" and do the dance, must have been great comic relief...
But of course the biggest change over the holidays is i've decided after "subtle" promptings from my parents to take up golf,anyways it beat hanging around on my ass all day so i decided to go...Of course skill and grace aren't exactly words that have been associated with me in fact to quote my coach i have the touch of a truck driver, i'm sorry if any truck drivers feel insulted,at least they can drive straight, i can't... Anyways most ppl agree that the best way to play golf is to hit the ball with the club unfortunately it seems that i have the unhealthy habbit of whacking the floor instead of the balls...I think its the blood of my farmer ancestors from south china shining through, cause at the rate i'm going i'm going to remove a ton of earth when i get on the course...My dad thinks i shld read more books on golf so i'd better understand the mechanics of my swing unfortunately theres no golf made ridiculously simple or golf for dummies ard but i've found a charming book which shows a pig swinging and missing a golf ball,wonder who that reminds me of. More abt my misadventures some other time...Tata...
PS: i heard on a documentry that when you like some one when in close contact you tend to be a bit shy and look any where but n that persons direction...Wow does that mean that all those chio bus ignoring me actually like me? oh wait ppl ignore train wrecks too sigh....
